About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SFMC, cross-cloud integrations, marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development & Operations
- Design, develop, and optimize solutions across Email Studio, Mobile Studio (SMS & Push), Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder.
- Build highly dynamic and personalized communications using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, SQL, and advanced SFMC capabilities.
- Create and automate end-to-end marketing workflows including SQL queries, data imports, file transfers, Data Views, and reporting dashboards.
- Develop mobile push, SMS journeys, and omnichannel customer engagement solutions.
Integrations & APIs
- Lead integrations between SFMC and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, SFTP, and third-party platforms such as Shopify, Qualtrics, Yotpo, Annex Cloud, etc.
- Work on CRM–SFMC integrations, including Salesforce Data Entry Sources, object updates, and triggered sends.
- Implement secure and scalable frameworks for API authentication, data exchange, and system orchestration.
- Strong experience in scripting, writing complex queries, and building enterprise-grade integration workflows.
Automation & Technical Execution
- Own automation workflows for email, SMS, ETL processes, and customer journeys.
- Implement validation frameworks on Landing Pages using Google reCAPTCHA, SSJS, AMPscript, and form processing logic.
- Manage IP warming, sender profiles, BU setup, journey configurations, and platform-wide setup.
Architecture, Governance & Leadership
- Act as a technical lead guiding junior developers & cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to SFMC best practices, coding standards, and data governance.
- Drive technical documentation, deployment management, and release cycles.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise.
- Deep knowledge of SFMC modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder.
- Strong hands-on experience with AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Experience integrating SFMC with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM platforms, and external system
- Strong understanding of customer data models, marketing automation, personalization, and omnichannel marketing.
- Proven experience leading global teams and managing enterprise client engagements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant/Developer certifications.
- Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Datorama, WhatsApp, LINE, SAP, GCP, or similar integration ecosystems.
- Exposure to enterprise migration programs and multi-business-unit Marketing Cloud implementations.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
