About the Role
We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Project Manager to lead complex business and technology initiatives from planning through execution and successful delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, extensive project governance experience, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward achieving strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Drive project governance activities, including status reporting and executive updates.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, steering committee reviews, and decision-making forums.
- Maintain project documentation, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Support organizational change management and business readiness activities.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and performance against agreed objectives.
- Manage cross-workstream dependencies and integration activities.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, project scope, and delivery outcomes.
