This annual, recurring program is dedicated to supporting rising undergraduate seniors and graduate students from top institutions worldwide. Through targeted mentorship and real-time implementation opportunities, GNextGen aims to bridge the gap between academic institutions and the rapidly evolving tech industry.

The GNextGen program focuses on high-demand domains such as:

One-on-One Mentorship for Maximum Impact
The core of the GNextGen program is mentorship. Every mentee is assigned a mentor who is an industry expert and whose background, skills, and experience fit with the mentee’s career goals.
This relationship is designed to be mutually enriching, offering significant benefits to both mentees and mentors:
For Mentees:

- Mentorship on career paths, emerging industry trends, and in-demand skills.
- Exposure to real-world use cases and problem-solving methodologies.
- Curated online learning resources to enhance technical and business acumen.
For Mentors:
- The opportunity to give back to the industry by shaping the next generation of professionals.
- The ability to share knowledge and insights that drive innovation.
- A chance to engage with fresh perspectives and emerging talent.
Time Commitment & Program Structure
Mentors are expected to dedicate 8 to 16 hours per month, which includes:
- Regular check-ins and one-on-one mentoring sessions with their assigned mentees.
- Providing insights on industry best practices and career development strategies.
- Offering support in implementing real-world use cases based on industry scenarios.
This structured yet flexible format allows mentors and mentees to utilize their time effectively.
