We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of an enterprise solution architecture for a multi-supplier program. The program includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), Azure-based Data Warehouse, bespoke CRM packages, and multiple external system integrations. The Solution Architect will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Solution Architecture Document (SAD), ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, and guiding delivery teams across multiple vendors
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture Ownership
- Define the end-to-end solution architecture covering Dynamics 365 Business Central, F&O, CRM modules, Azure Data Services, and custom CRM components.
- Produce and maintain the Solution Architecture Document (SAD), including integration patterns, data flows, security, and compliance considerations.
- Integration Design
- Design integration patterns for external systems using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
- Ensure data consistency and synchronization across Dynamics 365, bespoke CRM, and the Azure/AWS based Data Warehouse.
- Governance & Standards
- Enforce architectural principles, security standards, and performance guidelines.
- Review vendor designs and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture.
- Collaboration
- Work with multiple suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to align on architecture decisions.
- Act as the technical authority in design workshops and governance boards.
- Risk & Impact Analysis
- Identify architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure scalability, resilience, and cost optimization in the solution design.
Required Skills & Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise
- Deep knowledge of F&O (X++) and CRM (Dataverse) architecture and extensibility.
- Familiarity with Power Platform ALM and Azure DevOps/GitHub CI/CD.
- Integration Architecture
- Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, and event-driven architectures.
- Data & Analytics
- Understanding of Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and ETL patterns for data warehousing.
- Architecture Frameworks
- TOGAF or similar methodology for producing architecture artifacts.
- Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across multi-vendor environments.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

- Solution Architecture Document (SAD) including:
- System context and component diagrams.
- Integration architecture and data flow diagrams.
- Security and compliance model.
- Non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, DR).
- Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for key design choices.
- Governance templates for design reviews and change control.
- Immediate joiner or maximum 20 days of notice period.
