Role Summary
A business-facing KM consultant to work on execution of EKM pilot support, BU engagement, intake, documentation of needs, and operational workflows. Acts as a bridge between BUs and the central EKM team to prepare the enterprise for scaled adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on actions from BU engagement sessions focused on understanding knowledge pain points and mapping requirements.
- Support design, launch, and execution of 30-day EKM pilots (e.g., Sales Pinnacle, Sphere, Highspot taxonomies).
- Document business needs, user workflows, content pain points, and AI use-case opportunities.
- Support development of knowledge intake, governance, and metadata templates.
- Assist in creation of FAQs, glossaries, workflows, and adoption assets.
- Partner with the PRD/Architecture resource to ensure requirements flow cleanly into system design.
- Track pilot analytics, usage patterns, and business outcomes.
- Prepare BU-specific summaries and recommendations for broader rollout.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years in KM consulting, business analysis, or product enablement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across global teams.
- Experience designing and running KM pilots.
- Familiarity with taxonomies, content governance, and metadata models.
- Ability to produce polished documentation and lightweight prototypes.
