We are looking for experience in a Senior Change Manager capacity, leading change on complex, large-scale business transformations.
Proven track record in managing the people-side of change for digital transformation programs, particularly those involving new system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, or specialized platforms like Vistex, Model N, or similar rebate management systems).
Extensive experience in process transformation projects, with a strong understanding of how to redesign and embed new ways of working. Experience in Sales, Finance, or Channel Management processes is highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex stakeholder environments, including influencing and building strong, trusted relationships with executives, cross-functional leaders, and diverse business units.
Solid experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, ACMP) and their practical application.

Looking for 8 to 10 years with Formal certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
Experience working in a consultancy environment or on client-facing transformation projects is mandatory.
