Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support end-to-end process transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep experience in process mapping and documentation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for analyzing current business processes, designing optimized future-state workflows, ensuring process standardization, and coordinating project activities to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Analysis
- Conduct detailed assessments of existing business processes, systems, and workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend effective solutions to enhance process efficiency and operational outcomes.
2. Process Design
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various workstreams to gather business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear process specifications and design principles.
- Develop and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process models using best practices and industry standards.
- Recommend innovative and scalable solutions to improve efficiency, agility, and effectiveness.
3. Process Mapping & Documentation
- Create comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and other visual documentation to articulate workflows and decision points.
- Document end-to-end processes including inputs, outputs, dependencies, and task-level details.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, structured, and suitable for both business and technical audiences.
4. Process Standardization & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to organizational methodologies, documentation standards, and governance practices.
- Establish QA review mechanisms to validate completeness, accuracy, and usability of documented processes.
- Conduct periodic audits to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated process materials and initiate corrective actions.
5. Project Coordination
- Support process transformation projects from planning through execution.
- Facilitate task scheduling, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist with risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution to ensure timely and successful delivery of project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 6 years in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in process mapping, documentation techniques, and workflow design.
- Hands-on experience with any Process Modeling / BPM tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart, Bizagi, etc.).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and related tools.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience in digital transformation, automation initiatives, or process re-engineering.
