Overview
We are seeking a skilled CRM Functional Analyst to support the planning, requirement gathering, analysis, and implementation phases of the UBOS project. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to help reengineer business processes, support CRM enhancements, and ensure seamless customer experience across channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform Functional Analyst duties during planning and requirement-gathering phases.
• Facilitate sessions with business leaders to document As‑Is processes, requirements, and reengineering needs for UBOS.
• Review existing processes, compare with industry best practices, and recommend system or process improvements.
• Anticipate business direction and propose new processes aligned with UBOS objectives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed service blueprints, process flow diagrams, Agile features, and user stories.
• Maintain documentation in Azure DevOps (ADO), including blueprints, process flows, features, and user stories.
• Visually model information gathered from elicitation meetings.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze current systems for potential improvements.
• Identify and define KPIs, business rules, data sources, and visualization methods.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Follow PTC and PMO guidelines throughout project execution.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts, and plans to validate business requirements.
• Support end‑user training and engagement.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including design documents, test plans, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with IT teams, business owners, sponsors, vendors, and clients.
• Lead and participate in project team activities related to enterprise systems.
• Work independently to meet assigned goals and timelines.
• Follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use various software tools and technologies as part of daily tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by PTC.
Desired Skillset
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional or Technical Analyst in a technology‑driven environment.
• Experience working on government or public sector projects is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Figma, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
