Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, and optimizing CRM solutions based on business requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and develop the PTC’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM system based on Agile backlog tasks.
• Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Work as part of the PTC-led team to implement defined solutions.
• Support the Function Lead in defining functional requirements for integrations with Contact Center applications, self-service portals, SAP, and payment gateways.
• Ensure seamless integration, optimal performance, and efficient data flow across systems.
• Support development of training programs for end-users and contribute to change management and user adoption activities.
• Provide ongoing support, optimization, and improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Configure Customer Service functionalities including Channels, Workstreams, Unified Routing, and Omnichannel features.
• Work with technical teams to align customizations and integrations with functional needs.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines following ALM best practices and PTC standards.
• Maintain strong working relationships with technology teams, business owners, sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
• Lead and participate in project teams for enterprise system-related work efforts.
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks while adhering to PTC policies and standards.
• Utilize various software tools required for the role.
Minimum Experience
• 5+ years of experience developing and configuring MS Dynamics 365 CE CRM applications.
• 3+ years configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Omnichannel, Unified Routing, PCF, etc.
• 7+ years of .NET experience writing plugin code for Dynamics CE.
• 3+ years of React experience.
• 3+ years of Power Automate experience.
• 2+ years of Power BI experience.
Desired Skill Set
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities including Customer Service modules.
• Strong knowledge of Contact Center applications, self-service portals, and mobile applications.
• Experience delivering at least 2 Dynamics CE implementation projects for high-volume contact centers.
• Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with ERP systems and payment gateways.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Experience with SAP projects, ITIL/ITSM practices is an added advantage.
